We want to share with you the exciting news: CCSD will be bringing back the National Deaf Arts & Culture Festival (NDACF) in 2024! www.deafartsourds.ca
What is NDACF?
It is a Festival to celebrate the Canadian Deaf Art and Culture- our sign languages and our art, culture, and community. We will have: Presenters, Panels, Workshops, and Booths. NDACF is hosted by our branches: CCSD Deaf Arts and SLIC (Sign Language Institute Canada). There will be concurrent events with CCSD’s SLIC who will provide their presentations, panels, and workshops that are focused on sign language instruction with Deaf Arts’ events focused on Deaf Arts. We also will have performances and local events.
When?
Wednesday July 31st - Sunday August 4th, 2024.
The event will mainly take place on Thursday August 1st to Sunday August 4th for a total of 4 days.

2024 TRI-O Annual General Meeting

Where: Earl Nichols Hall – 799 Homeview Ave in London, ON.
Time: 10 AM to 4 PM
Lunch will be provided, free for members and $10 for non-members.

AGM March 23rd
TRI-O has blocked amount of rooms at Days Inn - London for the Annual General Meeting at a discounted rate - $120 plus tax for queen beds and $110 plus tax for double beds.
Please use 'TRIO2024' to get the discount rate when booking.
The cut-off date to book is March 15, or when rooms are filled.

S5WAVES-Maple Madness
S5WAVES are hosting our 2nd Maple Madness, a group outing with an ASL interpreter!
When: Saturday March 16 starts at 1:30pm, come sooner to get organized.
Where: Little Catarqui Creek Conservation Area
Cost: Adult: $5.25 Child $3.75 Send e-transfer to s5waves16@gmail.com to hold your place by March 13. Please provide name of those attending.
Wagon ride starts at 1:30pm, not wheelchair accessible but can walk and roll to the site - may be muddy. Dress for the weather.
Pancakes then the tour at 2:30pm.
