Every one of our experience in life is different. No right or wrong, helps bring us together.

Transcript: Hi, My name is Marc Noble, was born deaf, my family and generations are hearing, born in Kitchener My parents do not know what to do with me then two years later, moved to my grandmother's house in Wellington, ( small village) .. 35 minutes drive ( School bus) to Belleville ( Deaf School). my mother learned sign language from CHS ( Canadian Hearing Society) and Deaf Club ( Quinte Club of the Deaf), which closed down on 1976 Later, BAD ( Belleville Association of the Deaf founded in 1986. My father passed away when I was 8 years old, using 2 hearing aid, 2 long wires with a transistor that is worn over the chest with shoulder straps One hearing aid with one long wire then one hearing aid on the right side. speech practice every day speechreading and speaking, TC ( Total Communication) Teacher standing in front of me, speaking word with folder, saying Apple, some papers laying the desk, to find the right word to identify teacher standing behind my back and speaking for me to find the word to identify won speech award in 1976, there are no ASL classes and Deaf studies, learning ASL from friends some of them have deaf families. Visiting Gallaudet University in 1987 for touring. graduated in 1988 then decided to come back for AEP ( Adult Education Program) taking the test then passed then accepted into Gallaudet University in Fall 1989 and learned a lot about ASL, different, it is not the same as high school using ASL, Face expression, body movements, and short sentences, not the same as SEE (Signed Exact English). Learning and picking ASL to improve during my five years at Gally, Learning a lot Enough ?? need more studying ASL, I know Deafhood, no but I want to, ASL grammar and Structures want to learn, you can do it, ASL is good benefits, my identity is Deaf, You can do it
